I went and purchased a Panasonic, very quiet fan - rather large for the room. I wasn't home when David arrived on time, but my mother-in-law was impressed. I checked the work and was surprised to see so little trace that something had been done. He had to go into the attic through the bedroom closet of another room (tight squeeze). I had moved things, but I still expected a trail. I had left vacuum out for David to use, which he obviously did. The old fixtures were on the sink (as everyone should do = leave the old parts for the customer to see). He had to move the fan slightly over and install from the attic (and it was over 90 degrees and humid) and did a very nice job. I couldn't have done this work. Thank you, David.
